Job summary

Akina Inc is seeking a Full Stack Developer 2 to build and maintain a mission management system, focusing on backend API development and data orchestration. You will work with a mixed team of developers, analysts, and SMEs to implement features aligned with customer requirements and automation goals.

The role involves modernizing infrastructure with Kubernetes, enabling secure upgrades, and collaborating across teams to deliver robust software solutions for mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of eight (8) years of SWE experience in similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline required.
• Four (4) years additional SWE experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Full stack development of system features with a focus on backend API.
• Implement features in response to mission-driven requirements.
• Provide development support, code reviews, and CI/CD expertise for automations.
• Migrate and harden the mission management system, including Kubernetes modernization and security enhancements.
