Cognizant in the United States is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and enhance modern applications for an insurance client. This role emphasizes hands-on engineering, security, and delivery excellence in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of experience in full stack development, strong JS/TS skills, AWS cloud experience, and proven ability to implement CI/CD with GitHub Actions while translating business needs into scalable technical designs.

Senior Full Stack Developer - Remote in US

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer within 10- 15 years of experience to design, build, and enhance modern applications for a leading insurance client. This role is ideal for a hands‑on engineer who can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while promoting strong engineering, security, and delivery practices.

Role Overview

This position supports full stack application development in an Agile environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to system design, and help deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

Work Model and Location

• Remote work is available for the duration of the assignment.
• Primary studio location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
• Travel or onsite attendance may be required based on project or client needs.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $81K – $141K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
