Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking four Senior Full Stack Developers to join an established in-house engineering function supporting a large customer-facing retail business. You will build and evolve systems using C#/.NET on the back end and React/TypeScript on the front end, delivering new apps and enhancing existing platforms.

Fully remote work with emphasis on code quality, peer reviews, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience building applications with C# and .NET.
• Solid track record using React and TypeScript.
• Understanding of scalable application design and microservices.
• Good knowledge of testing, code quality and modern development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve digital systems behind a large customer-facing platform across the stack.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality software and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and help drive best practices across the engineering function.
