Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking four Senior Full Stack Developers to join an established in-house engineering function supporting a large customer-facing retail business. You will build and evolve systems using C#/.NET on the back end and React/TypeScript on the front end, delivering new apps and enhancing existing platforms.

Fully remote work with emphasis on code quality, peer reviews, and continuous improvement.

Senior Full Stack Developer x4 | C# / .NET | React | TypeScript

I'm working on an opportunity for x4 Senior Full Stack Developers to join an established in-house engineering function, helping build and evolve the digital systems behind a large, customer-facing retail business.

The team has a varied engineering workload, covering everything from developing new applications through to improving existing platforms and services. There's a strong emphasis on practical engineering, collaboration and getting quality software into production.

The tech stack

• C# / .NET
• React & TypeScript
• Next.js
• SQL Server
• REST APIs, GraphQL & third-party integrations
• Microservices and CI/CD pipelines

You won't need to tick every box across the wider stack, but you'll need to be confident working with C# and modern front-end technologies.

• Strong commercial experience building applications with C# and .NET.
• A solid track record using React and TypeScript.
• An understanding of scalable application design and microservices.
• Good knowledge of testing, code quality and modern development workflows.
• Someone who can get up to speed quickly, challenge ideas constructively and make sensible technical decisions.
