LCG Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (O365/SharePoint/ Power Platform) to support a client in Bethesda, MD.

This role focuses on full-lifecycle web development, SharePoint support, intranet modernization, accessibility compliance, and Agile DevSecOps delivery for a high-visibility federal health environment. Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a full stack web developer.
Strong proficiency with SharePoint 2016/Online, Power Apps, Power Automate.
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
Experience C#/.NET, REST APIs, and SQL/Oracle databases.
Experience with source control tools (Git, Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with accessibility standards (Section 508) and secure coding practices.
Experience working in Agile-DevSecOps environments.
Knowledge of federal IT security controls and change management.

Responsibilities

Provide full-stack development for client web systems, including SharePoint-based processes, intranet sites, forms, workflows, and related applications.
Lead the design and development of end-to-end Power Platform apps integrated with SharePoint Online, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
Respond to staff requests for forms, workflows, and access management.
Track development and support activities in ServiceNow and create tickets for new requests.
Develop Canvas Apps, integrating Dataverse, SharePoint, and REST APIs.
Build and deploy SPFx components and embed Power Apps in web parts.
