Revolutional in McLean, VA, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET) to lead the software development lifecycle from design through deployment. You will work with C#, .NET Core/ MVC, SQL Server, and Azure services to build secure, scalable web applications.

The role requires 5+ years in Microsoft stack, strong communication, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance; federal-focused environment experience is a plus. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with at least 5 years of .NET development experience.
• Experience administering Windows environments and Azure DevOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and the .NET stack including .NET MVC, .NET Core, and Web APIs.
• Understand complex database design and support database migration.
• Work with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, functions).
• Build and enhance web apps using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and TypeScript.
• Create secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and cloud tools.
• Troubleshoot issues across applications, databases, and server tiers.
• Implement unit testing with NUnit, MSTest, or similar.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth.

Position Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET) to join our team in Mclean, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the software development process from conception to deployment, developing web applications using .NET, SQL and Microsoft Azure solution suite. To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed; meet the education and work experience required; and must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. Other duties, in addition to the below, may be assigned as necessary to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and the .NET stack utilizing .NET MVC framework, .NET Core, Web APIs, and related technologies.
• Understand complex database design and support database migration.
• Strong knowledge and experience with SQL Server database (i.e. writing SQL/T-SQL, Stored Procedure, UDF, triggers, etc).
• Build and enhance web applications using modern client‑side technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain secure CI/CD YAML‑based pipelines using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and cloud‑native deployment tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, databases, and server tiers.
• Implement unit testing using NUnit, MSTest, or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement activities.
• Mentor and guide junior level resources on the team.

Requirements

• S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
• Abilityto obtain andmaintaina Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science orarelatedfieldand atleast 5 years of experiencedeveloping and supporting applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting applications hosted on Microsoft Windows Environments, as well as managing Azure DevOps pipelines and deployments.
• Strong customer service/client facing skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving skills

• Microsoft certified: Azure fundamentals or related cloud certifications.
