Job summary

Attribution Search is partnering with a leading global hedge fund to hire a Treasury Technology Developer into its growing technology function. You will work closely with Treasury and Engineering to design and build applications supporting cash management and liquidity.

This hands-on, full-stack role combines Python backend development with React frontend work and cloud/data technologies. You will own development from requirements to production.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of Python development experience.
• Experience building modern frontend applications using React.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and SQL.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL or similar relational databases.
• Exposure to AWS and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Git, testing, and modern development practices.
• Docker and CI/CD experience is advantageous.
• Treasury, Finance or Capital Markets exposure is beneficial but not essential.

The firm operates a sophisticated investment platform across multiple strategies, markets and geographies, with technology playing a central role in supporting its continued growth. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing engineering environment and build applications used directly by the Treasury function.

The Role

You will work closely with Treasury and Engineering teams to design and develop technology supporting cash management, liquidity, funding and broader treasury workflows.

This is a hands-on full-stack position, combining Python backend development with React-based applications and modern cloud and data technologies. You will have ownership across the development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements through to designing, building and delivering production solutions.
