Greystones Group, a fast-growing woman-owned small business, seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to support a Navy contract in Washington, DC. You'll design, develop, modernize, and maintain enterprise apps and data platforms.

Must have 10+ years in data analytics, government IT, DoD/Navy experience, and an active Secret clearance; proficiency in Python, SQL, Java, .NET, and BI tools. Join a team delivering secure government solutions with Agile practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with data analytics, application dev, and modernization.
• Experience with DoD or Navy environments and regulated government IT contexts.
• Full lifecycle development, databases, analytics, and enterprise reporting expertise.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, Oracle, Java, C#, .NET, HTML/CSS/JS, and BI tools.
• Experience building dashboards, data pipelines, and automated workflows.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and strong communication/documentation skills.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modernize, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise apps and analytics platforms for Navy DoN.
• Develop automated dashboards and ad-hoc reporting using official data sources.
• Build scalable data pipelines and automated processes for analytics and operations.
• Gather end-user requirements and propose solutions to improve efficiency and data access.
• Support database administration, performance tuning, and access control.
• Contribute to project plans, testing, and configuration management in Agile settings.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and DoN directives and maintain complete documentation.
