Job summary

C2Q Health Solutions is hiring an Application Developer III to build and scale our multi-tenant healthcare SaaS platform on Microsoft Azure. You will work across APIs, databases, front-end, and cloud infrastructure, setting technical standards for the team.

You’ll contribute to secure data exchange with payers and vendors, enable AI features, and drive real-time capabilities while mentoring junior developers. This on-site role is based in Flushing, NY.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building production systems with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong REST API design and security: OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, JWTs, API keys.
• Experience with EF Core including mapping to existing DB schemas.

Responsibilities

• Build features end to end; back end is ASP.NET Core API and front end is TypeScript/React Native for Web.
• Drive multi-tenant architecture with strict data isolation and access controls.
• Build secure, versioned REST APIs with Entra ID/JWT authentication.
• Implement role- and capability-based access control and field-level permissions.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant audit logging.
