Job summary

Careington International is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software .NET Developer to enhance member experiences using C#, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL. You will analyze current architecture, identify improvements, and implement changes incrementally while staying hands-on with the codebase.

The role emphasizes agile practices and familiarity with regulated development environments (HIPAA, PCI). Cloud and DevOps focus includes Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps tooling to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on full stack development experience with .NET (version 8 or higher) and Angular.
Proficient in C#, .NET Core, Web Application Architecture, and Cloud Architecture.
Experience with SQL Server and data modeling is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop software solutions by studying information needs and system flows across architecture layers.
Translate business needs into technical requirements in collaboration with business and technical teams.
Design system specifications and standards, and implement programming solutions.
Contribute to iterative development processes and improve system performance and reliability.
Maintain confidentiality of information and keep knowledge up-to-date with evolving technologies.
