Job summary

Echelon Services is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Application Developer to design, build, and sustain secure, cloud-native applications in Azure Government. This role spans UI, backend APIs, microservices in Go, and containerized deployments, with a focus on DevSecOps, security, and compliance for federal HR environments.

The developer will collaborate with government clients and stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality, maintainable code using .NET Core and Angular/TypeScript,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Must be able to pass a tier 1 DOD background investigation.
Experience with .NET Core and Angular/TypeScript.
Experience building RESTful APIs and Go microservices.
Knowledge of DevSecOps and security/ATO requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and sustain secure, cloud-native applications in Azure Government.
Develop user interface with Angular/TypeScript and backend services, APIs and microservices.
Deploy containerized architectures and manage CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps practices.
Ensure security, compliance, scalability, and performance from the outset, including STIG awareness.
