ODAIA is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will work across the full stack to design, build, and ship features that empower pharma commercial teams. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and ML engineering to bring our AI-powered platform to life.

You will shape scope, contribute to epics, and bring engineering perspective into roadmap discussions from the start. The role emphasizes ownership, mentoring, and strong collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development with frontend and backend ownership.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience, plus frontend performance focus.
• Experience designing and operating production APIs/services (Python/TypeScript).

Responsibilities

• Own significant product capabilities end-to-end from problem framing to deployment and iteration.
• Build accessible, data-rich UIs with React and TypeScript for complex insights.
• Develop real-time compute services (AWS Lambda) with attention to latency and cost.
• Design reliable APIs and backend services connecting data, ML, analytics, and products.
• Collaborate across AWS, Kubernetes, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, DuckDB, and DataFusion.
• Mentor engineers and guide testing, observability, and code quality.
