Our client, a large international commodity trading company, is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join an agile Rapid Application Development (RAD) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development and delivery of fast, tactical solutions directly to business users such as traders, trading analysts, and front-office teams. This role demands a solid understanding of both client-side and server-side technologies, combined with the ability to build efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications. It requires strong technical capabilities along with business domain understanding — the ability to "speak traders' language," quickly grasp evolving requirements, and translate them into practical, high-impact applications.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with core systems, process data, replace spreadsheets with web applications, and develop user-centric tools that support trading and decision-making processes.
• Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources (APIs, databases, files, etc.).
• Clean, transform, and analyze datasets using Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Build interactive data visualizations and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Develop quick prototypes and lightweight web-based tools using frameworks like Jupyter, Plotly, Dash, or Streamlit.
• Automate data ingestion and processing workflows.
• Document code, workflows, and applications for internal and external use.

Skills

• Collaborate directly with end users (traders, trading analysts, front-office) to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and deliver lightweight, effective solutions such as web applications, platform integrations, and data visualization tools.
