Intermediate-Senior Full-stack Developer

About the job

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and implement high-quality Laravel-based platforms while diagnosing and resolving complex issues on highly trafficked websites.
• Transform Design/UX requirements into fully functional implementations within agreed timeframes.
• Improve existing Software Development Processes and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Plan independently and develop unique solutions to complex problems.
• Deliver work efficiently within deadlines, emphasizing productivity during normal working hours.
• Engage in the entire lifecycle of our products.
• Solve complex and unique software problems.
• Design and implement new features and enhancements.
• Fix bugs identified during sprint planning.
• Review and approve peers' work as part of the development process.
• Optimize application code for web performance and accessibility.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma preferred but not mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in tech/development roles.
• Strong knowledge of Laravel framework (v7.0 and later), especially Blade templating, and software design patterns.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-based CSS frameworks is preferred.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud services is preferable.
• Professional, self-motivated attitude.
• Broad understanding of development processes, technologies, and scalable software solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously through all development stages, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, and testing.
• Good understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a productive home workspace.
• Proficient in written and spoken English communication.
