KEY SKILLS:

• Bitcoin Knowledge: Familiarity, passion, and history with using and participating in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
• DevOps: Proficient in Docker, GitHub Actions, ensuring smooth deployment and continuous integration.
• Testing: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Automated Testing Suites, Jest.
• Project Management: Experience with Jira, Notion, and expertise in Agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum for efficient project execution.
• Front End: React/Next.js, ChakraUI, GraphQL, eCommerce
• Back End: NestJS, TypeOrm, GraphQL, and Postgres, ensuring robust and scalable server-side development.
• 3rd Party Integrations: Experience with working with a wide range of 3rd party API providers, Payment Processors, CRMs, Marketing Tools, and mining pools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Implement and maintain scalable and efficient code
• Create tests to ensure integrity and provide assurances for integrations and deployments
• Engage in DevOps practices to streamline deployment processes.
• Manage and execute deployments on a cadence
• Utilize project management tools to facilitate effective communication and project tracking.
• Automate manual processes for key business operations
• Willingness to pitch in where needed as part of an early-stage startup.

COMPENSATION:

Commensurate with experience, Sazmining compensates via salaries, bonuses, and equity. Sazmining’s Compensation Philosophy ties salaries to at least the 50th percentile median US national average for startups between $10-$25M in valuation.
