Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing specialist to support PB builds, maintenance, and enhancements. You will analyze, design, configure, test, and implement PB-related requirements and workflows, while troubleshooting production issues and collaborating with stakeholders.

The role covers revenue cycle optimization, upgrade activities, and end-user support, with a focus on change management and regulatory compliance within healthcare.

Qualifications

Job description

• Support Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) application build, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Analyze, design, configure, test, and implement PB-related requirements and workflows.
• Troubleshoot production issues, service requests, and defects related to professional billing operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic solutions.
• Support charge capture, claims management, reimbursement workflows, and revenue cycle optimization.
• Participate in upgrade activities, integrated testing, regression testing, and go-live support.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and knowledge repositories.
• Provide end-user support, root cause analysis, and process improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, organizational standards, and change management processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional Epic teams including HB, Cadence, Prelude, Ambulatory, and Reporting teams when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting Epic Professional Billing (PB) projects or managed services.
• Working knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with incident management, service requests, change requests, and enhancement activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification.
• Prior experience supporting large healthcare organizations or managed services engagements.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and ITIL processes.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
