Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-stack software development.
• Expert-level Python backend development (Django).
• Strong Vue.js with TypeScript proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless stack.
• Solid understanding of event sourcing and messaging.
• CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, IaC familiarity.
• Experience using AI-powered coding tools and evaluating risks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Python/AWS backend services.
• Architect event-sourced systems and pipelines with reliable messaging.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers on tech designs.
• Enforce security, logging, monitoring, and IaC practices.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across the team.
