• 8+ years designing and deploying ML solutions, including personalization.
• Production-grade Python code and scalable systems.
• Experience with SQL and distributed data processing like Spark.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, evaluate, and productionize ML models for personalization and recommendations.
• Advance foundational modeling capabilities including representations, embeddings, retrieval, and ranking.
• Explore LLMs and multimodal approaches to improve systems.
• Own full ML lifecycle from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
• Design offline and online experiments to measure impact and communicate results.
• Work with large-scale datasets using Python, SQL, and distributed tools.
• Build production-quality ML solutions focusing on scalability and cost.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate needs into ML capabilities.
• Contribute to technical direction with reviews, prototyping, and best practices.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical partners.
• Mentor other data scientists and engineers to raise the team's technical bar.
