Job summary

Navitas Business Consulting, Inc. seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to lead the migration from Java/Spring Boot to Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask). You will develop scalable REST APIs and microservices, design PostgreSQL schemas, and manage AWS CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced onsite team.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of backend experience, strong Java and Python expertise, plus hands-on testing with PyTest/JUnit/Selenium and familiarity with cloud-native development.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java + Spring Boot.
• Solid experience with Python and framework experience (Django; FastAPI/Flask).
• Strong knowledge of SQL & PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with test automation (PyTest, JUnit, Selenium).
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Ability to work in an onsite, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support migration from Java/Spring Boot to Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask).
• Build scalable REST APIs and microservices in Java and Python during migration.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas.
• Implement and maintain AWS CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for Java and Python.
