Job summary

Yield Solutions Group in Centennial, CO is seeking a senior software architect and mentor to own architectural decisions for complex, cross-service features. You will define front-end and back-end standards, including React, TypeScript, API design, and testing practices, while ensuring security and performance.

You will lead code reviews, guide AI integration within software, and collaborate with product, DevOps, and design.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional software development with deep production experience in Java Spring Boot and React.
Demonstrated ownership of architectural decisions in a microservices environment.
Expert-level TypeScript proficiency in production codebase.
Experience with AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Own architectural decisions for complex, cross-service features and fix when needed.
Set and enforce front-end and full stack standards (React, TypeScript, API contracts).
Conduct authoritative code reviews for architecture, performance, security and data contracts.
Design REST APIs and inter-service contracts for a stable microservices platform.
Write unit and integration tests as part of the development cycle.
Mentor engineers on AI engineering practices and delegation models.
