Job Summary

As a Full Stack Developer on this program, you will build strong systems, software, and cloud environments and provide operations and maintenance for critical systems. You will support the design, development, implementation, and testing of customer tools and applications. Working within a DevOps framework, you will participate in delivering major deliverables through all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including scope estimation, architecture and design, coding, and unit testing.

Primary Responsibilities

• Participate in software programming initiatives supporting innovation and enhancement using Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, and Hibernate
• Develop software system validation and testing methods using Junit and Katalon
• Integrate custom software solutions leveraging automated deployment technologies and an Atlassian tool suite such as JIRA and Confluence to track activities
• Prototype and deploy solutions within Commercial Cloud Solutions, leveraging infrastructure platform services to create innovative solutions
• Analyze proof of concept, performance, and end‑to‑end testing, and coordinate infrastructure needs to meet customer mission needs
• Support the Agile SDLC following Program SAFe practices while coordinating closely with team members, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to ensure User Story alignment and implementation in customer use cases
• Document and perform systems software development, including deployment of build artifacts across environments using GitFlow constructs and industry‑leading DevOps tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Unix bash scripting

Basic Qualifications

• Significant experience with common Agile practices, service‑oriented environments, and development practices
• Significant experience with Java, Angular, Spring, and C2S, and the SDLC, with delivery within DevOps toolsets and practices
• Experience utilizing software testing performance tools such as Junit or Katalon and scripting languages such as Python and Bash in an Agile environment
• Experience developing in Commercial Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and leveraging cloud data services such as S3, RDS, and EFS
• Experience using version control and issue/problem tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with structured analysis and design methodologies
• Experience working on the customer's systems
• Understanding of the customer's system development policies

The pay range for this role is $107,900.00 to $195,050.00. Compensation may vary based on responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, and applicable laws.
