Job summary

RobCo is accelerating the development of Autonomous Industrial Robotics. The Senior Full Stack Engineer, Agentic Workflows, will design and implement end-to-end agentic workflows, reusable components, and governance for production-ready AI-enabled systems.

You’ll collaborate with delivery teams to harness tool integrations, memory, and retrieval capabilities while ensuring scalable, secure operations. We seek someone with deep Python/TypeScript skills, experience shipping LLM-powered or agentic

Qualifications

• Several years of software engineering experience with clean architecture, testing, and maintainable code.
• Shipped LLM-powered or agentic systems with tool calling, structured outputs, and multi-step workflows.
• Strong context and prompt engineering skills; treat prompts as versioned, tested artifacts.
• Built knowledge bases and implemented RAG pipelines for reliable information access.
• Think in terms of systems and user outcomes; design with a component mindset for future growth.
• Enjoy collaborating with non-engineering teams and translating needs into automation.
• Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript; fluent with SaaS APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Ownership of outcomes; pragmatic, ship-fast mindset.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and run agentic workflows across the delivery process from requirements review to production.
• Create reusable components, tools integrations, and governance for the agentic stack.
• Maintain end-to-end quality with evals, monitoring, observability, and security.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows and feed corrections back to prompts and components.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to identify leverage and define success criteria.
• Drive internal adoption of AI tooling and establish best practices across teams.
