Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is hiring a Principal Full Stack Engineer for the AI Platform & Agents to build the GenAI platform powering decision support across healthcare, legal, tax and compliance. You will design and ship full‑stack systems, mentor engineers, and lead cross‑team initiatives in a remote‑first, hybrid‑capable environment.

You will work with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, LangChain, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern DevOps practices to deliver secure, scalable AI agents.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full‑stack development skills and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Expert in AI agent development and evaluation; backend/frontend development.
• Proven ability to deliver secure, cloud‑native systems to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack applications, AI agents, and platform components.
• Build developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability for safe, fast iteration.
• Apply secure SDLC and privacy‑by‑design practices.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and domain experts to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Apply current LLM patterns to deliver value—faster, more reliable AI systems.
• Lead by example, mentor engineers, and own larger projects.
