Job summary

CDM Smith Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Digital Solutions team. You will work on modern applications integrating sensor/IoT data, geospatial tech, ML, and AI-powered agents to tackle engineering and environmental challenges.

You will design and deliver scalable frontend and backend systems, APIs, and agent-based components, with emphasis on performance, security, and cloud-native deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience are required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and back-end applications using modern frameworks and architectures.
• Build, integrate, and optimize REST, GraphQL, and other APIs for secure, high-performing systems.
• Deploy applications through CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps for production readiness.
• Mentor and support junior developers across frontend, backend, and integration work.
