Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Solutions team in the United States. You will work on modern applications that integrate sensor/IoT data, geospatial tech, ML, and AI-powered agents to address water, engineering, and environmental challenges.

You will design and build frontend and backend systems, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and contribute to AI/agent workflows, RAG, and A2A communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and back‑end applications.
• Build, integrate, and optimize REST, GraphQL, and other APIs.
• Contribute to AI driven features, including agent‑based workflows and RAG.
• Develop automated testing, CI/CD, and production readiness.
