Job summary

Fitch Group in Chicago is seeking a Full Stack-AI Engineer to join our External Application Development discipline. You will design and deliver cloud-native, data-driven apps, including data pipelines, microservices, and customer-facing web products using modern frontend technologies.

You will apply GenAI/LLM knowledge, build AI-enabled features, and collaborate with product owners to align technical outcomes with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing distributed architectures for enterprise apps.
• 7+ years of software engineering with strong Java/Python backend.
• 5+ years building scalable web apps with React/TypeScript.
• Experience with microservices in cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on AI/ML production solutions; strong GenAI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build distributed, scalable enterprise apps.
• Develop AI-enabled features for customer-facing products.
• Lead GenAI apps using LangChain/LangGraph and LLMs.
• Collaborate with product owners to define architecture and delivery.
