• Build and optimize LLM-powered features for automated recruiting workflows, improving AI agent performance through prompt engineering and safety guardrails.
• Design and deliver full-stack features across backend services, Python web apps, and frontend interfaces with enterprise ATS and CRM integrations.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery, including architecture, code reviews, testing, and production monitoring, while working directly with enterprise clients.
