Job summary

Smart Synergies is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered apps on Azure. You will blend front‑end and back‑end engineering with Generative AI, RAG pipelines, ML model development, MLOps, and enterprise cloud deployment.

You will collaborate with architects, software and data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-grade AI software solutions. Strong Azure OpenAI experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 7 years of relevant experience or 11 years without a degree.
• 3-5 years in AI/ML development, incl. deploying ML models.
• 3-5 years in Full Stack Development with HTML, CSS, React, and React Native.
• Strong experience with NodeJS, React, GraphQL, RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on with Azure ML, OpenAI, and MLOps in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full stack apps with AI capabilities using React, Node.js, and microservices.
• Develop LLM-enabled features, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval.
• Implement Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and secure cloud integrations.
• Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure scalable, secure deployments with CI/CD and containerization.
