Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) is seeking a Senior Developer to join the AICOE team responsible for AI/ML platform development across the enterprise.

The role covers full‑stack development, RESTful APIs, and integration with LLM services, with emphasis on scalable, secure systems and enterprise quality. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with modern web tech, AI/ML tooling, and a track record of delivering robust software in cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience with AI/ML/full-stack work.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
• Proficiency with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end frameworks (FastAPI, Node.js, Spring).
• Experience with SQL relational databases; NoSQL knowledge a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in Agile teams and CI/CD pipelines; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and propose robust AI/ML and full-stack solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and AI-powered platforms using modern web technologies and LLM integration.
• Create and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Write clean, well-documented, and tested code; own unit and integration tests.
• Provide realistic estimates for tasks and collaborate with PMs and QA for full lifecycle testing.
• Continuously evaluate system performance and propose improvements as the platform evolves.
• Engage with business teams to ensure AI/ML solutions align with enterprise goals.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate external AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).
• Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile and desktop; maintain code quality and automation.
