Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, testing, debugging, clean design.
• Proficiency with a modern frontend framework (React) and core web technologies (JavaScript/HTML5/CSS).
• Experience building backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
• Ability to write automated tests and review AI-generated code with care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork, with growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and build thoroughly tested software across the full stack.
• Own features from concept to production and support.
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and services.
• Contribute to shared component and testing frameworks.
• Use AI and agentic tools to accelerate implementation and documentation; maintain quality and security.
