• Master's degree preferred (CS or related).
• 7+ years coding in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL or Go.
• 3+ years with AWS, GCP, Azure or cloud productivity tools.
• 3+ years with databases and DB management.
• 4+ years contributing to open source frameworks.
• 4+ years building synchronous and asynchronous APIs.
• 3+ years with CI/CD, IaC, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Architect LLM-driven capabilities and HRTech for enterprise-scale systems.
• Design, build, and deploy autonomous agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows.
• Partner with security, governance, and risk teams to ensure secure, compliant AI capabilities.
• Lead a portfolio of diverse tech projects and a team of developers in distributed microservices.
• Mentor engineers, participate in internal & external tech communities.
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions for global associates.
• Utilize Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript; AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Provide technical leadership across Agile teams and establish coding standards.
