Workday in Canada is looking for a Senior or Principal Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Agent Factory team. You will help build user-facing and platform experiences, working with AI technologies to create impactful solutions embedded in HR and Finance workflows.

This role requires extensive knowledge in software engineering, web development frameworks, and collaboration in cross-functional teams. The position offers a flexible work schedule to balance office and remote work while contributing to high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years experience with a web development framework (Python preferred).
• 5+ years experience with React and Typescript for Front End / Full stack development.
• 5+ years with a Relational DB (PostgreSQL preferred).
