Job summary

SupportYourApp, partnering with a healthcare technology platform, seeks a Senior Full-Stack Developer to ship features end to end, own production health, and build AI-powered capabilities for clinics. You will work with Django/DRF, PostgreSQL, and React/TypeScript, and mentor others.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, maintain test suites, and drive releases from planning to rollback, while ensuring multi-tenant data isolation and secure, performant code.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience with Python/Django and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, particularly ECS and RDS.
• Confidence working with React.
• Practical experience building products with AI/LLMs.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Jira.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to lead incident resolution, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Ship features end to end in Django/DRF, PostgreSQL, and React/TypeScript.
• Maintain the Playwright end-to-end test suite for API and UI.
• Build AI features and staff assistant on AWS Bedrock.
• Plan and ship releases with QA, migrations, and feature flags.
• Own production health across ECS services, RDS, and real-time server.
• Maintain integrations with health exchanges, Stripe, SMS, WhatsApp, and more.
• Ensure multi-tenant data isolation and audit trails.
• Improve performance by fixing N+1 queries and migrations.
