Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to support DHS OIG initiatives. You will design and build AI-powered applications, OIGChat, and data platform interfaces in secure Azure Gov environments.

Your work spans front-end, back-end, AI service integrations, and end-to-end deployment within an Agile team. Responsibilities include creating responsive UIs with React/Angular/Vue, building APIs, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and enabling self-service analytics in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; experience may substitute for education
• 10+ years in software development/full stack engineering
• Experience with cloud-native apps on Azure (or AWS/GCP) including App Services, Functions, API Management, Storage
• Strong CI/CD, version control, IaC and DevSecOps practices
• Agile/Scrum environments and user-centered design
• Willing to obtain Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications including AI pilot apps and data interfaces
• Implement front-end interfaces with modern JS frameworks focusing on usability and accessibility
• Develop back-end services, APIs, and Azure OpenAI/integration with data platforms
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, IaC artifacts, automated tests, and deployment traces
• Develop data catalog UI, data discovery, access requests, and collaborative analytics spaces
• Implement logging, monitoring, security controls for production operations
• Support geospatial analytics, dashboards, graph/network analysis for investigative use cases
• Coordinate releases under DHS OIG change management and conduct testing including UAT
• Create technical docs, user guides, and release notes for adoption
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and UX specialists using Agile/Scrum
