Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software development.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and full-stack engineering.
• Proven full-stack experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end technologies (Python, Node.js, .NET, Java).
• Experience building cloud-native apps on Azure with App Services, Functions, API Management, Storage, and PaaS services.
• Strong CI/CD, Git, automated testing, IaC, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications and AI pilot tools.
• Implement responsive front-ends with accessible UI across government users.
• Develop back-end services, APIs, and Azure OpenAI integrations.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and IaC artifacts with DevSecOps tooling.
• Coordinate releases under change management and perform UAT support.
