Job summary

Kyndryl seeks a high-impact Associate Director, Full-stack Forward Deployed Engineer, to lead AI engagements from Frisco, TX. You will design frontends, build robust data pipelines, and orchestrate multi-agent workflows in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You will work with state-of-the-art RAG architectures, deploy to cloud hyper-scalers, and ensure measurable business value while partnering with enterprise leadership.

Qualifications

• Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex with hybrid onsite work 3 days/week.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern frameworks and orchestrators in production.
• Experience designing frontend apps (React/Angular/Vue) and streaming/real-time data.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack AI engagements and shape modern architectural blueprints.
• Design, build, and deploy frontends and backend APIs for enterprise systems.
• Prototype rapidly and ship MVPs within weeks in a fast-paced lab.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration and robust RAG architectures.
• Collaborate with enterprise leadership to deliver measurable business value.
