Allegion is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer for AI-powered Sales applications in Carmel, IN. You’ll own UI, workflow, integrations, and data layers, collaborating with AI and product teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

You should have 7+ years of hands-on full-stack experience with Python and React, REST APIs, and cloud deployments (Azure). This role offers hybrid work and opportunities to mentor others.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Bachelor's degree required (Informatics or Computer Science preferred).
• Proficiency in Python and React (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience building APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• REST APIs and microservices patterns experience.
• DevOps/QE concepts and cloud deployment (Azure).
• SQL and data modeling for performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the UI, workflow, integrations, and data layer across AI-driven Sales apps.
• Support and enhance existing AI application portfolio, reducing dependency on AI team.
• Lead design and delivery of complex full-stack features across UI, services, data stores.
• Architect scalable solutions; participate in architecture reviews and POC reviews.
• Write high-quality, tested code with unit/integration tests.
