Job summary

Salute is seeking a senior engineering-focused individual contributor or founder with a strong track record to own end-to-end technical outcomes for AI, data, and analytics products. You will work on data ingestion, modeling, and visualizations, pulling data from Snowflake or source systems and delivering business-ready insights.

• 8+ years of engineering experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Strong focus on applying software engineering to AI systems while balancing model capabilities with system design.
• Proficiency in pulling data from warehouses or source systems and building analytics structures and front-end visuals.
• Comfortable communicating with senior technical leaders and stakeholders.
