TEEMA Direct is recruiting experienced 360-degree recruiters in the United States for true, remote full-desk roles. You will own both sides of the business, develop client relationships, and place candidates for your own accounts.

This role offers base salary plus commission, access to AI sourcing tools, and support from an established staffing organization. If you have a proven 5+ year track record and $300K+ in direct-hire fees, TEEMA Direct wants you.

We're actively recruiting experienced full-desk recruiters in the following markets:

• Georgia: Atlanta
• Arizona: Phoenix
• Ohio: Columbus
• Indiana: Indianapolis

These are remote opportunities, with an emphasis on building strong regional teams and long-term market presence.

What You'll Be Doing:

This is a true 360-degree, full-desk recruiting opportunity. You'll own both sides of the business.

• Identify, prospect, and secure new client relationships through proactive business development.
• Generate new client logos and build a sustainable book of business.
• Negotiate direct-hire search agreements and placement fees.
• Source, screen, present, and place candidates for your own client accounts.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client development through successful placement.
• Develop long-term relationships with hiring managers, directors, and senior executives.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of business development activity, active searches, and placements.
• Collaborate with leadership and fellow recruiters while maintaining ownership of your desk.

Our primary areas of focus include Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, and Finance, along with other professional disciplines.

What You MUST Bring

We're looking for established agency recruiters with a proven track record of both sales and recruiting success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of agency recruiting experience in a full-desk/360 environment. This is a firm minimum.
• Demonstrated success personally generating new client business and filling your own positions.
• $300,000+ in annual personal direct-hire placement fees for at least two years.
• Ability to provide documentation supporting production history, such as commission statements or production reports.
• Strong experience in permanent placement/direct hire. Contract-only production does not qualify toward the direct-hire production requirement.
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, develop client relationships, and close new business.
• Experience managing the complete recruitment process, from client acquisition through candidate placement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to succeed in a remote environment.

Important: This is not an internal corporate recruiting position, a recruiting-only delivery role, or a contract staffing desk. You must have hands‑on experience generating your own clients AND making direct‑hire placements.
