Job summary

Docketly, based in Longmont, Colorado, seeks a Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to own attorney recruiting from first contact to signed offer. You will build your own pipeline, source candidates, get on the phone, and close—running a full desk with a monthly target of 15–20 hires.

You’ll manage every stage of hiring, source candidates, pitch opportunities, negotiate offers, and maintain relationships with practice leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting attorneys or other licensed/credentialed professionals.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and cold outreach; not deterred by objections.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for attorney roles from intake to offer.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, bar association directories, referrals, and other channels.
• Cold-call and pitch to passive and active attorney candidates and move them through the funnel.
• Build and maintain a growing network of attorney relationships and referral sources.
• Hit a monthly quota of 15–20 hires with clear pipeline visibility.
