Job summary

Babylist is seeking a Senior Fulfillment Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruitment for our fulfillment and logistics teams in the Columbus, Ohio area. This on-site role partners with warehouse leadership to build a strong candidate experience while maintaining efficient hiring processes.

We’re growing fast, and we need a high-volume Senior Fulfillment Recruiter to help build our Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment Operations teams with top talent. In this role, you’ll be the go-to hiring partner for warehouse managers, ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while keeping the hiring process efficient and effective. You’ll be on site daily, working directly with warehouse leadership.

This role specifically is held on-site at our Commercial Point, Ohio Fulfillment Center. The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

About Pay

We pay competitive market rates.

Starting salary for this position is $136,450 to $163,759 annually

Holidays Observed

The Fulfillment Center is closed on the following days in 2026:

• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• New Year's Day (2027)

All shifts receive 4 floating holidays in addition to the holidays observed, so you can celebrate what matters to you the most, whenever that may be.

• Lead & Execute: Manage full life cycle recruitment for high-volume and specialized fulfillment roles, including Fulfillment Team Members, Supervisors, and Operations Specialists.
