• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in aerospace fuel systems, with ownership of complex hardware.
• Strong thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer knowledge.
• Experience with fuel system design, including pumps, venting, cavitation, and thermal effects.
• Hands-on integration, testing, and flight support experience.
• Proficiency in Python or similar for analysis and model correlation.
• Ability to drive ambiguous technical problems to measurable results in fast-paced environments.
• U.S. Citizenship and active security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Own requirements, architecture, interfaces, hardware, and decisions for the aircraft fuel system from concept through deployment.
• Design, size, and integrate tanks, pumps, valves, plumbing, venting, pressurization, and associated hardware.
• Analyze fuel system performance across the operating envelope and transient conditions.
• Lead technical design reviews, supplier engagements, and hardware procurement.
• Plan and execute component, subsystem, and vehicle-level testing and flight readiness.
• Analyze ground and flight data to validate performance and identify improvements.
• Lead failure investigations and corrective actions with data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with design, propulsion, controls, airframe, and flight teams to build and troubleshoot hardware.
