You will perform design, integration, and verification work, run make vs. buy analyses, and build a cross‑functional team to meet program milestones in a fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

• Power system design experience on large vehicle, aircraft, or equivalent.
• Proven track record delivering power systems to market.
• Proficient with EE development tools, simulation and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Ranger power system vision from concept to production.
• Design and integrate high‑power systems for reliability in harsh environments.
• Enable an uninterruptible power system and conduct make vs. buy studies.
• Lead verification activities to ensure performance and reliability.
• Mentor and grow a team of engineers focused on power system design.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration to execute top‑level architecture.
