Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking an Analyst level position focused on analytics, accounting tracking and reconciliation for trading and scheduling activities. The role acts as a liaison to the commercial department and supports EPA compliance through detailed reporting.

You will handle balances and volumes, update pricing and revenue budgets, and develop data-driven insights across operations and finance teams in a dynamic energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business, or related area.
• 0–8 years of related experience; level-based requirements: Associate Analyst 0–2, Analyst 2–5, Senior Analyst 5–8.
• Petroleum product supply, distribution, pricing knowledge preferred.
• Experience with terminal operations, pipelines, and trading terminology is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage exchange and storage accounts, reconciling balances and volumes.
• Update product movement spreadsheets and coordinate with accounting.
• Maintain pricing reports and update month-end contract pricing.
• Monitor forward pricing to identify risk and trading strategies.
• Prepare revenue budgets and forecasts; report on activities.
• Gather internal data and perform data manipulation and analysis.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Environmental, Legal and Accounting on new services.
