The role requires advanced financial modeling, clear strategic messaging, and strong collaboration with finance, legal, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field and 5+ years in M&A or related roles.
MBA or CFA designation preferred but not required.
Strong financial modeling and valuation experience with multiple methodologies.
Ability to translate complex financial information into clear strategic narratives.
Proven communication skills with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate acquisition and growth opportunities.
Lead due diligence and economic modeling for transactions.
Perform valuation analyses including sum-of-the-parts, comparables, precedents, and DCF.
Prepare transaction materials for boards and investors.
Support investor communications and disclosures related to deals.
Assist with other corporate finance and capital markets activities.
