Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Fuel Manager in the Jacksonville area to lead margin initiatives, manage pricing, and develop supplier relationships that maximize store profitability. You will oversee the fuel portfolio, coordinate with other departments, and guide a team to deliver strong performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and petroleum industry experience with proven leadership, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, accounting or related field preferred.
• Two (2) years petroleum industry experience required including management responsibility.
• Strong managerial and leadership competencies required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products with knowledge to develop and use other software tools.
• Limited travel requiring occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Establish and achieve fuel margin plan targets by creating models to project and grow customer base; develop strategies to maximize fuel margin.
• Oversee retail pricing strategies and execution to ensure consistency and compliance of pricing at site/product level.
