Job summary

Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a growing premium food manufacturer to identify a Site Food Safety & Quality Manager for a highly visible leadership opportunity. This role will serve as the site quality leader, partnering with Operations to drive food safety, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of quality.

The site is USDA-inspected and around 130 employees. The candidate will own HACCP, SQF, USDA, sanitation, and food safety programs, lead 2 FSQA Technicians, and report to the

This individual will serve as the site quality leader, partnering closely with Operations to drive food safety, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of quality throughout the facility.

• Reports to the Director of Quality
• USDA-inspected manufacturing facility (~130 employees)
• Direct leadership of 2 FSQA Technicians
• High-visibility role with significant production floor presence
