Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a senior FSQA professional to manage food safety and quality expectations at contract manufacturers. The role focuses on assessing supplier conformance, audits, root-cause investigations, and risk-based decision making to support a compliant supply chain.

You will lead cross-functional teams with R&D, IPL, and BU partners, driving continuous improvement, and communicating performance to senior leadership. On-site presence at co-man locations is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in managing high-risk foods and their processes preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Tyson software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally.

• Provide strategic FSQA leadership for suppliers, contract manufacturers, and products.
• Audit external partners for suitability, compliance, and performance data.
• Define expectations and hold partners accountable for compliance.
• Lead investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Identify risks and drive preventive controls and continuous improvement.
• Communicate partner performance to senior leaders.
• Support business decisions balancing growth, service, cost, and risk.
