US Waffle, part of Cérélia's Frozen Breakfast US, seeks an FSQA Manager to lead food safety programs at the Hazelwood, MO facility. You will manage HACCP, GMP and SQF compliance, work with the Plant Manager, and drive continuous improvement in quality and safety across production.

This hands-on leadership role requires real-time decision making, strong floor presence, and the ability to coach supervisors and QA staff while ensuring regulatory requirements and customer expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with proven leadership experience.
• University Degree in food sciences, microbiology, chemistry and food processing knowledge with food safety expertise.
• Ability to improve an organization’s people, processes and systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Food Safety & Quality Assurance process within the plant, overseeing HACCP/GMP and SQF compliance.
• Coordinate quality initiatives with senior management to ensure food safety is not compromised.
• Provide leadership to the quality department and training on food safety.
