Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced Frontier AI Product Owner & Program Leader to scale AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities across the enterprise. You will own the integrated product roadmap, coordinate multiple technical teams, and report progress to senior leadership.

The role emphasizes agility, strategic thinking, and risk-aware decision-making in a rapidly evolving security landscape. Hybrid work requires approximately two days per week in an HPE office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity domains.
• Significant experience as an Agile product owner, program leader, or delivery lead for complex enterprise cybersecurity initiatives.
• Hands-on responsibility for roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, incremental delivery, and outcomes.
• Working knowledge of AI and emerging AI capabilities; familiarity with tools like LLMs or AI coding assistants.

Responsibilities

• Own the Frontier AI product roadmap and priorities, translating cybersecurity objectives into executable work.
• Establish Agile ways of working across the program and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Drive business-unit engagement and adoption; partner with BU leaders to prioritize products and use cases.
• Own the integrated program view and executive reporting; define success measures and track progress.
• Anticipate program-level risks and constraints, including data handling, model access, and dependencies.
